3. Ordering and Payment: Requests for plants are forwarded via the website. Confirmation and invoices are sent via email. I accept bank transfers at no charge, paypal and credit card payments have a 3% service fee. Payments may be made via the link on your QuickBooks invoice. PayPal payments may be made to my PayPal account davidfell60@gmail.com.
4. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping to all 50 states is via Federal Express Priority Overnight. Local pickup is available by appointment. Shipments to Puerto Rico and foreign countries are sometimes possible by arrangement. Shipping costs and delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we will not be held responsible for such delays.
5. Plant Guarantee: We guarantee our plants are healthy at the time of shipment. If you receive a plant in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within a day for assistance. We can not be responsible for problems incurred during shipping. We do our best to provide you with healthy growing plants.
6. Returns and Refunds: Returns are not accepted. Depending on the cause, replacements or refunds may be given if appropriate in our opinion.
7. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
